Porsche Club GT championship 2021 started with Mugello race on a wet track, and with a stunning number of 52 participants. Tubi Style is the official sponsor of this Event, open to every Porsche Clubs subscriber in Europe. The secret of the success of this series? Fast Laps, categories that permit to every Porsche owner to race, the car tuning and the perfect organization that permits to every gentleman driver to feel the Motorsport experience as a PRO.
The Mugello first race premiate the performance of many winners per category. We start from the categories dedicated to Porsche Cup cars winner, Federico Reggiani for DSW 991 Cup and Emiliano Formaini for DSW 997 Cup.
Street categories were Ilario Introna for Goodyear GT3 RS, Enrico Di Leo for Sparco GT, Martino Rigo for Panta GT4 and Andrea Ruscica for Entry level/Historic.
A particular point of attentions for us, the special category Tubi Style GT3, where 991 GT3 4.0 of Davide Zumpano and Marco Pellegrino continued their fight, thats started in 2020 season. Davide won on Mugello circuit, and we will wait for Imola for their next round.
Our sponsored team DL Racing wrong its strategy, and Locanto approached the last laps with dry tires on a wet track, and obtained a miraculous third place.
